Finally an app “Just for Parents”

This app is the perfect tool to make it easier for parents to keep track of their child’s health information.

Under the “Parents” tab, create a health profile for your child, use the profile to keep track of allergies, medications, medical conditions and more. Save addresses and phone numbers for physicians and pharmacies; and set medication reminders to notify you when it’s time for your child to get medication.

How many times have you had to write down all this information for a baby sitter or day care? Now you can quickly and easily share your child’s important medical information with another user by email, text or “Bump.”

Find Kosair Children’s Hospital-affiliated physicians and locations, request appointments, get directions and save all of this to individual profiles stored within the app. 

The Kosair Children’s app is full of great health information for kids and parents, including a full kids health library written in age-appropriate language and videos from the “Coping Club,” where kids talk to other kids about ways to cope with diseases, procedures and, sometimes, just life.
